QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export operations and international trade compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in freight negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and managing inventory across multiple categories.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority tasks.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the food packaging or commodity industry.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and customs documentation.
  • Knowledge of freight management systems and TMS platforms.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, cost-effective movement of goods across our global supply chain while maintaining accurate inventory levels and strong supplier/vendor relationships.
You will coordinate all aspects of import and export logistics, negotiate freight rates, maintain inventory accuracy, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to meet company goals and KPIs.
