With your experience, know-how and passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks with us:

  • Independent, cross-departmental handling (including negotiation) and management of confidentiality agreements with our business partners (m/f/d)
  • Administrative, independent processing of contracts after conclusion (preparation for mapping in SAP) as well as archiving
  • Creation and continuous summarization of relevant contractual performance data, also for reporting purposes (performance reporting, cash planning, etc.)
  • Administrative support for subcontract management in creating and maintaining status overviews.
  • Creation and management of (internal) reporting documents and other documents
  • Supporting subcontract management by independently taking on work packages (accreditation process for new suppliers, request/offer process, contract monitoring, invoice approval process, etc.)
  • Proactive, cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including those from the fields of technology, project management and finance.
