You won't just be managing a process; you'll be perfecting it. In this role, you will dive deep into the complexities of our supply chain—from importation and taxation to logistics and warehousing—to find innovative ways to boost efficiency and drive down costs. If you have a passion for problem-solving and an exceptional eye for detail, we want you on our team. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. What You Can Expect What You Can Expect Take charge of importation, duty & excise tax management, and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Use your analytical prowess to review every aspect of our supply chain, identifying opportunities for improvement. Measure supply chain performance and report to management. Manage 3PL warehouse, logistics partner, shipping agency to enhance delivery service level. Oversee inventory, repacking, relabelling, process and co-create a streamlined, cost-effective process with the warehouse Coordination with the Global Supply Planning team for warehouse stock replenishment and shipment arrangement. Manage new product registration including new label & label change. Develop a Supply Chain Process playbook including importation, repacking / relabelling, order management and operation flow at 3PL and logistic partner. What You Bring to the Table At least 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain operations (importing, customer order entry, logistics, inventory management). Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) BSc/BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
