Supply Chain Specialist Prague, Czechia Your Mission: Monitor factory production planning to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Keep customers and relevant internal teams updated on order status. Coordinate with the Purchase Order Specialist to monitor and support the purchase order appraisal process. Collaborate with logistics teams on customs clearance, warehousing, and local distribution activities. Track and monitor international transportation to ensure smooth operations. Manage logistics suppliers and support project logistics coordination. Conduct inventory management, analysis, and periodic stock counts. Oversee logistics procurement and ensure compliance with customs clearance regulations. Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. Monitor and evaluate local suppliers’ performance to ensure service quality. Manage logistics-related payments and maintain accurate records. Handle local delivery bookings and coordinate last-mile logistics. Provide regular reports and updates to the Supply Chain Manager. Your Profile: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
