Description

In this role, you ensure our products are available at the right time and in the right place. You manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations, work closely with purchasing, product management, sales, and logistics, and contribute your ideas to our S&OP process. You will be taking on a key role in one of the most exciting industries of the future.

We offer you this

  • Renewable energies: By working in a sustainable, future-proof industry, you contribute to the energy transition.
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours and up to two months of workation within the EU give you freedom.
  • Vacation: You start with 30 vacation days per year. Additional vacation days are granted with increasing length of service. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, you have the entire day off by taking half a vacation day each time.
  • Health, mobility and preventative care: You receive an attractive subsidy for EGYM or the Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket). In addition, there is a company pension scheme.
  • Discounts and offers: Through FutureBens and Corporate Benefits you can discover a wide range of discounts, including offers from sustainable companies.
  • Shared experiences: Regular company events and leisure activities in the office offer opportunities to get together outside of work.
  • Equipment and onboarding: Modern hardware for office and home office, as well as ergonomic workstations, will support you in your daily work. You will get to know Memodo during a structured onboarding process on-site in Munich.

This is what you can expect

  • Managing inventory across our distribution centers and external logistics partners – with a focus on availability, replenishment and inventory balancing between locations.
  • Maintenance and further development of operational inventory parameters (Safety Stock, Min/Max, Replenishment cycles) based on our ABCDE/XYZ product segmentation.
  • Independent development and improvement of our S&OP process: Forecast coordination, operational category management and derivation of operational planning parameters.
  • Monitoring of external logistics partners (3PL): inventory reconciliations, capacity management and factual invoice verification.
  • Close collaboration with purchasing, product management, sales and logistics.
  • Active participation in the further development of our system landscape within the framework of an ongoing ERP migration.
