Lovisa Opportunity: Support with management of 100+ global store fixture orders, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery for our retail locations worldwide. Play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels across all global distribution centers, enabling smooth store rollouts and supporting business growth without delays. Procurement Specialist - Shenzhen New Store fixture pick /orders. Updating & tracking Open / Close. Logistics of fixtures to warehouse & stores. Global shipping timeframe schedule & updates. Fixture pick & Capex template for all stores. Submission of commercial invoices & maintaining invoice procurement tracker. Communication to property teams & tracking of fixture deliveries globally. Stock holding reports ( weekly monitoring & monthly reporting ) Stock holding template / Procurement filing and folder management.
