As a Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a central role in our international supply chain. You will be responsible for material planning, scheduling, and import and export processes, and will make a significant contribution to reliable production and delivery capabilities through high data quality and efficient planning processes.

Your tasks:

To support our production and logistics processes, we are expanding our supply chain team. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the supply of materials and the efficient design of our supply chain processes.

Master data management

• Creation, maintenance and continuous updating of material, supplier and customer master data in the ERP system
• Maintenance of planning parameters, procurement information, storage locations and bills of materials
• Ensuring high master data quality as a basis for planning, purchasing and logistics
• Support in the introduction of new processes and locations

Material planning

• Planning and controlling material requirements
• Consideration of procurement, production and transport lead times
• Monitoring of safety stocks and storage ranges
• Identification of supply risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures

Material planning

• Control and monitoring of delivery dates
• Handling of schedule changes, supply bottlenecks and escalations
• Close collaboration with production, purchasing, logistics and other internal interfaces

Import/export and customs clearance

• Preparation and verification of import and export documents
• Ensuring compliance with national and international customs and foreign trade regulations
• Maintenance of customs tariff classifications, certificates of origin and preferential documents
• Communication with customs authorities, customs agents and logistics partners
• Support in avoiding delivery delays and customs risks

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in the field of supply chain management, logistics or foreign trade.
• Professional experience in the areas of material planning, scheduling or supply chain management
• Knowledge of master data management and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Experience in import/export and customs clearance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
