MINISO has signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than 40 countries and regions, including the U.S., Russia, Singapore, Dubai, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong (China), and Macao (China). On average, it opens 80 to 100 stores monthly and it is anticipated to open 6,000 stores all over the world by 2020, with a global revenue of USD 9 billion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock rotation, and loss prevention
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify inventory discrepancies or trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations and systems
  • Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical counts) and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Organize and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to resolve delivery or clearance issues.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to support forecasting and purchasing decisions
  • Request and evaluate freight and logistics quotes to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize layout and storage efficiency
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and assisting with internal and external inventory reviews
  • Use inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS) to track and update stock levels in real time
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and traceability
