JOB SUMMARY

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our entire supply chain, from procurement to final distribution. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives on process improvement and wants to make a tangible impact. You will handle all aspects of our supply chain with a strong focus on import, manufacturing/warehouse logistics and customer deliveries, including export operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability as we grow.
This role with report directly to one of the Company Founders.
As you show your capability and value to the Company you will be in a strong position to become a Manager of the Supply Chain function. (Currently managed by one of the Company Founders).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
· A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
· Demonstrable, hands-on experience.
· Must have the existing legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
· Oversee all import and export activities to ensure full compliance with customs regulations and prepare the necessary documentation.
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
· Analyse existing supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
· Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities to ensure data integrity and provide regular reports to management.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Quality Assurance and Production, to ensure seamless operations.
