JOB DESCRIPTION:

This individual will be a key contributor for end-to-end supply chain management, overseeing the flow of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods from vendors to customers, as well as managing software and logistics. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to forecast, plan, and purchase goods and services, ensuring timely shipments. The candidate will also provide operational support, including routine and ad-hoc analysis, and ensure the integrity of operational information through accurate recording, verification, and consolidation of transactions like monthly inventory counts and warranty claims. On a regular basis, this role will create new Purchase Orders and manage the receipt of good. This position is crucial for coordinating supplier and customer transactions to maintain seamless operations and will work closely with finance, sales, customer support and operations to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

NECESSARY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction through emails and reports.
  • Possesses excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills, crucial for interpreting transactional and financial documents.
  • Capable of independent work and effective teamwork to achieve personal and team goals within established timelines and specifications.
  • Exhibits creativity and problem-solving abilities to analyze diverse situations and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple assignments and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Able to quickly build and maintain internal relationships to foster successful business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: 5+ years in supply chain management, logistics, inventory, and reporting, ideally within mid-sized, growing technology solutions or software organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Required: CRM and ERP software experience (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheet preparation.
    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent degree, is preferred.

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
