Job Details The Supply Chain Intern will support Trimac’s Supply Chain team with day-to-day activities and summer initiatives focused on procurement, vendor management, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on exposure to supply chain processes within a large, multi-site transportation organization. This opportunity is ideal for a student who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how supply chain operations support business performance. Responsibilities Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation Support vendor communication and data updates Help analyze spend data and identify cost-saving or process improvement opportunities Maintain accurate supply chain records and reporting tools Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field Returning to school following the summer term Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with data in Excel and other reporting tools Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Program Eligibility Be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and available from May to August Returning to school following the summer term Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit) Application Deadline Please submit your application by March 6, 2026.
