Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Join our team as a Supply Chain Superintendent , where you’ll lead and optimise supply chain operations across the Cobar region, which consists of 2 mine sites: Peak, & Federation. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships while implementing innovative strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational excellence.
We’re seeking an adaptable and results-oriented leader with a strong analytical mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering impactful solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our commercial operations.
Roster: 8/6 (Dayshift only)
Location: Peak Mine - Cobar NSW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement cost-efficient supply chain strategies
  • Manage suppliers, inventory, warehousing and procurement for optimal stock and pricing
  • Coordinate demand forecasting, production, and timely delivery
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance and processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Provide supply chain services across Cobar Region
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, driving productivity and improvement
  • Maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships
  • Optimise resource allocation to support Supply team goals
  • Uphold exemplary behaviour, integrity, and responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across teams, sites, and suppliersPromote safety, accountability, collaboration, and innovation
