QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of any of the cloud ERP system and complete supply chain workflow.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize procurement, inventory management, and distribution while fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations, managing the complete purchase workflow—from procurement to supply—and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supply Chain Operations
• Monitor and coordinate procurement, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet business demands.
• Vendor Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize supplier performance.

1. Inventory and Warehousing

• Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Managing warehouse and stores par level.
• Oversee logistics processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery.
• Process Improvement
• Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

1. Purchase Workflow Management

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requests, approvals, and order placements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to maintain a reliable supply chain.
