ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Systems Analyst who will support and enhance the performance of supply chain operations within a fast-paced retail environment by leveraging data-driven insights and robust system solutions.
This role will focus on optimising supply chain systems, ensuring data integrity, and enabling efficient decision-making through data tools and automation. You will work closely with supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and scalable for growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change through efficiency within a market-leading organic brand.
Based at our Daylesford Farm office in the Cotswolds, this role is full time, 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To analyse and improve supply chain systems and processes to support retail and wholesale operations, including inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Maintain and develop database systems (e.g., SQL Server) and data integration tools (e.g., SSIS) to ensure accurate and timely data flow across platforms.
  • Design and automate reports and dashboards using Excel, VBA, and other BI tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and drive technically driven processes (e.g. stocktake, financial reconciliations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor data quality and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
  • Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
  • Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
