WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • This role requires a focussed and driven individual who revels in a challenging environment and has a passion for excellence and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience of working in a Supply Chain Procurement driven environment with good understanding of the end-to-end process including requesting quotations to required specification for goods and services from suppliers, procuring goods and services, expediting deliveries once orders have been placed with suppliers, managing off creating purchase orders, processing job closure forms and receipts.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office skills
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to ensure the right goods and services are delivered on time to the right location.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Highley motivated and self-starting with a personal drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working independently and working to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the performance management & lead the Supply Chain Procurement Team to deliver an efficient service, ensuring all requisitions and orders are processed to deliver goods and services, negotiating quotes to offer the best price, identify and implement improvements to processes and services while complying with the changing demands of the business and agreed SLA’s
You will deliver a world-class customer service to internal customers on orders raised from various sources providing guidance to ensure company policy and audit controls are adhered to while offering support, training and knowledge and sharing of our P2P systems in relation to the procure to pay lifecycle.
