We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:
Supply Chain Team Support with English
We are looking for a Supply Chain Team Support in Düsseldorf for Packaging Materials Supply Chain Customer Service. You will be important part of our customer service team for PM Customers, whom we deliver order fulfilment and knowledge services. You will uphold strong relationship with the team members of Customer Service Team and Sales. Your work is supported by modern technology, Salesforce as platform for managing customer contacts and communication as well as other systems like Fenix , SAP and eFlow.
We offer you a permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Team support for Customer Service Team
  • Proof of Delivery process
  • Controle of credit notes issued by Customer Service Team
  • Customer reports and statistics, stock reports
  • SAP Key User, Invoicing
  • Maintain content for our SharePoint pages
  • Organization management
  • Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and events
  • Travel Management
  • General and administrative office tasks
  • Follow up of “daily call off report” for Customer Service Team

You will be a part of an international team of Customer Service, who have contacts globally.
About you
You communicate easily in English language, in all types of situations, and you are passionate for good customer service and to implement best practices in daily work. You have self-discipline and the motivation to achieve goals independently and you are ready to take personal ownership of your job performance. You can maintain professional behaviour; effectiveness, accuracy and co-operation despite pressure. You are team player and interact with people effectively and you are willing to share and receive information.
To succeed in the role, you have minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service in a multinational environment and ideal candidate has also experience of working in digital service channels.
