Job Summary: Responsible for stocking and maintaining supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices to support efficient patient care operations. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department. How you'll contribute:  A Supply Chain Technician who excels at this role:  * Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed. * Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels. * Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management. * Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately. * Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery. * Processes outgoing mail. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Perform other duties as assigned.     What we are looking for:  * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.    * Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.  * Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems. * Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.     Why join us: We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
