Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Tendering Procurement Advisor to strengthen their Supply Chain Tendering Procurement team in Asker. In this role, you will play a central part in early-phase procurement involvement and contribute significantly to the company’s overall tender and project-winning strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct pricing and benchmarking of the procurement scope during study, FEED, and tender phases. Maintain a strong focus on study and tender requirements and deliverables. Collaborate closely with technical specialists, cost estimators, project management, clients, and key suppliers. Develop and implement commercial, contractual, and technical strategies to secure new projects. Participate in developing overall tender procurement strategies for the Supply Chain function. Deliver high-quality procurement input to assigned tenders, ensuring competitive cost, timely delivery, and strong quality. Support the Tender Procurement Manager with improvement and development initiatives. Required Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Cost, Engineering, or similar fields. Strong understanding and proficiency in purchasing processes. Relevant experience and the right attitude may compensate for lack of formal education. Required Work Experience 5–7 years of relevant EPCI or corporate experience within Supply Chain (advantage). Commercial or cost experience within Offshore/Oil & Gas EPC contracts. Required Qualifications Strong understanding and hands-on experience with procurement and purchasing processes. Structured and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple cases in parallel. Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong focus on results. Professional, independent, thorough, and creative, with excellent collaboration skills. Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Beneficial Certificates Procurement or Supply Chain-related certifications will be considered an advantage.
