Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and Impact The Supply Chain Trainee will participate in a development program for early-career professionals looking to build a foundation specializing in Planning Operations.  In this role, you will gain hands on exposure in planning operations including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Material Planning, learning how to leverage data to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and drive operational efficiency.Key Accountabilities Supports day-to-day operation manufacturing through production and material planning to resolve imbalances between manufacturing plans and required resources. Contribute to a master production plan, material requirements plan and production schedule to support integrated business plan. Learns and implements demand and supply planning, inventory management, sales and operations planning activities and analytics, turning data into insights to identify performance opportunities and track outcomes. Partners collaboratively with cross functional teams to implement process improvements and support SAP project. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data modeling); knowledge of SAP or PowerBI is a plus Good communication and proficient in English Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving Highly flexible mindset comfortable dealing with fast-changing logistical scenarios.
