Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly and annual forecasts for the engine market.
  • Analyze data and ensure data quality governance.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure network quality.
  • Present to executives and program management the demand outlook, capacity constraints and network performance.
  • Consolidate data from all business units, programs, finance, leasing, spare parts and repair networks.
  • Create a plan for aligning capacities with anticipated demand.
  • Use data management tools such as Excel (macros, pivot tables, Vlookup) and Power BI.
  • Reassess monthly to verify that objectives are being met and make necessary adjustments.
  • To serve as a focal point for approximately 5 to 10 workshops.
  • Collaborate with strategic planning to develop the official SIOP plan for 1 year and 5 years.

Essential Skills

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations / operations planning, industrial engineering.
  • Experience in demand/supply planning, financial planning/forecasting.
  • Data management skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in aerospace OPM/aftermarkets.
  • MBA or higher level in data analysis.
  • Skills in programming or in developing electronic tools (Python).
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
