We’re now looking for a Supply Coordinator – APAC to join our growing team and support the execution of our regional supply and distribution strategy. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Supply APAC, you’ll work closely with supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, offshore teams, and distributor partners across the APAC region. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, forecasting, and international distribution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in supply chain, logistics, or international business. You’ll be a key connector — ensuring orders flow smoothly, risks are flagged early, and data insights support smart decisions. What you’ll be doing Coordinating order processing, transport bookings, and deliveries Supporting invoicing, claims, and documentation reconciliation Assisting with inventory management, including excess and slow-moving stock Proactively identifying out-of-stock risks and supply issues Preparing reports and analysing data to support forecasting and planning Supporting the S&OP process and regional supply planning Coordinating distribution of marketing POS materials across APAC Working closely with distributors to support payment terms and compliance Building strong relationships with internal teams, 3PLs, and distributors You’ll bring: A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, International Business, or a related field Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear communication skills and a proactive, improvement-focused attitude A current Australian driver’s licence Bonus points if you have: Internship or graduate experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning Exposure to export or distributor-led markets Experience or interest in S&OP processes Ready to apply?
