Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics of supply chain operations across multiple locations. This role involves frequent travel to project sites, as well as maintaining equipment and supplies at our corporate location (Baton Rouge, LA). The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, communicates effectively, and excels at problem-solving on the go.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply coordination.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, mostly on short notice.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the procurement, transportation, and delivery of supplies to various job sites or facilities.
  • Conduct on-site inventory audits and ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues in real time.
  • Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines and potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, receipts, and usage.
  • Implement and enforce supply chain best practices and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support emergency or last-minute supply needs with agility and resourcefulness.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and site-specific logistics.
  • Stocking and organizing equipment and supplies.
