SUPPLY & DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Hongingham Thorpe, NR9 5BZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you detail-driven, analytical, and passionate about getting things right for people?
We’re looking for a motivated and methodical Supply & Data Management Specialist to join our Energy Team at AF – the UK’s leading agricultural buying group.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in validating and auditing utility invoices to make sure our members are billed correctly and fairly. From using our specialist software to flagging billing issues and resolving queries with suppliers, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly and help our members get the best value from their energy contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading and validating utility bills using our System-Link software
  • Manually checking bills against contract rates, meter readings, and consumption data
  • Logging and categorising billing issues for investigation
  • Resolving validation issues with members, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Helping prepare bills for monthly member post-outs
  • Managing and following up on outstanding queries until fully resolved
  • Keeping energy management systems accurate and up to date
  • Supporting change of tenancy and meter replacement processes
  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy and timeliness in all work
