In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd Job Description Key Responsibilities Prepare rolling monthly supply & demand forecasts with weekly breakdowns based on Sales and Marketing inputs, with focus on forecast accuracy. Share and align agreed forecasts for ODM stocks with factory to support production planning; closely track production readiness, stock completion, and expected inbound timelines to warehouse. Plan and manage Purchase Orders for OEM manufacturers in line with agreed lead times while controlling inventory exposure. Coordinate closely with OEM/ODM manufacturers on production schedules, delivery planning, and call-offs; proactively highlight and manage deviations. Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate for goods receipt to support timely goods receipt and payment processing. Manage stock discrepancies including short/over deliveries, damaged goods, quality issues, and non-saleable products; initiate and track claims where applicable. Monitor warehouse pallet holding and inventory levels to ensure capacity is not exceeded and space is utilized efficiently. Track and monitor payments to OEM manufacturers to support smooth supply continuity. Monitor OEM shipment execution, including coordination for East Malaysia deliveries. Manage stock aging, out-of-stock (OOS) risks, and arrange product disposal in line with company guidelines. Own end-to-end replenishment planning for assigned categories, including shunting schedules and distribution planning. Prepare and present assigned stock reports in weekly meetings, highlighting key risks and action plans. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or FMCG operations Strong computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience in SAP or WMS is an added advantages. Basic understanding of inventory control, replenishment planning, and warehouse operations. Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across Sales, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and external partners.
