Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including production and supply planning, procurement, plant warehouse, logistics, and business development to guarantee seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as suppliers, carriers, transporters, and vendors to maintain a reliable flow of materials and resolve any potential disruptions proactively.
• Implement and oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, establishing key parameters, boundaries, and workflows that support new product launches and ongoing supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure vendor adherence to schedules and develop the capabilities of self and key users in SAP planning systems to optimize inventory management for finished goods consistent with KPI objectives.
• Lead auditing efforts for stock take and warehousing operations, establishing robust mechanisms to monitor freight and warehousing costs, and report findings to business leadership for informed decision-making.
• Participate actively in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, supporting data analysis, dashboard completions, and operational excellence initiatives through close alignment with Plant DMS.
• Continuously evaluate supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced responsiveness to market demands.
• Support cross-functional projects and assume additional responsibilities as necessary to promote overall supply chain excellence and business growth.
• Your comprehensive management of these duties will not only streamline operations but also enhance the agility and responsiveness of our supply chain, contributing directly to the success of the BU Brazil, Africa, Middle East, South and Central Asia business group.
