How You Will Make Contributions That Matter We’re seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to support our Industrial Sales Powders portfolio on a 6-month contract, balancing supply and demand while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Production Sites, and the S&OP team. This role offers broad exposure across end‑to‑end planning. Supply Planning: Balance production mix within solids constraints, communicate supply risks, track production attainment, and deliver accurate supply plans with sites and S&OP Demand Planning: Lead forecast reviews with Sales, manage order fulfilment updates, monitor aged stock, and maintain supply/demand balance in SAP APO Inventory Management: Maintain target stock levels, address excess and shortages, and identify inventory opportunities Reporting & CI: Report production attainment, track weekly demand movements, update volume left to sell, and support continuous improvement initiatives About you Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain 5+ years FMCG experience (dairy preferred) Advanced Excel, strong SAP APO capability Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills We’ll support you with The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company Flexible working options where operationally achievable Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program Product Discounts and other employee benefits Click Apply to submit your application.
