We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supply & Demand Planning Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance. This newly created position will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Home Health division by developing, maintaining, and interpreting complex logistics planning models that forecast supply and demand with precision.
As a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst, you will provide key insights through data analysis and projections, optimizing our workforce utilization and supply requirements. Your efforts will directly support our growth and ensure the efficient delivery of services through a critical integrated planning cycle.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity available in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated supply and demand models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct detailed supply and demand forecasting to optimize growth planning within the integrated planning process.
  • Analyse data to identify patterns and trends around staffing levels, workload distribution, potential growth areas and macro growth trends.
  • Interpret financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and compile comprehensive reports with key insights for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data management and forecasting methodologies, driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
