REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or S&OP.
• Experience with forecasting models and statistical methods.
• Extensive experience with Python and a solid background in designing scalable data pipelines
• Experience with Databricks, SQL and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Medior Supply and Demand Planning Services Architect, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our Planning Services solution for multiple international customers. As an integral part of their Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, you will deliver accurate forecasts, conduct inventory analyses, and provide actionable insights. Your expertise will help customers enhance their decision-making and improve their planning processes over time.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to work on ad hoc data science and planning projects, applying best practices to solve unique business challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize & Implement Solutions – Adapt our data pipelines to fit customer-specific requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
• Execute Recurring Services – Deliver high-quality forecasts, inventory analyses, and insights as part of customers’ ongoing planning cycles.
• Customer Engagement & Advisory – Act as the primary point of contact for service-related questions, guiding customers through their planning processes and advising on next steps.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement – Validate analysis results, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with the Development Team to enhance our models.
• S&OP Support –Support demand review and S&OP meetings, ensuring customers make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve planning performance and ensure customer success.
• Lead continuous improvement – Provide feedback and challenge our internal development team to continuously improve our services with new functionality, further automation and best practices.
