Description

Help Stasher build—and keep—the world’s largest luggage storage network.
About Stasher
Stasher lets travellers drop their bags at trusted hotels, shops, and smart lockers so they can roam hands-free.
8,500+ locations across 1,000+ cities in 75 countries — from Sydney to New York.
Trusted by Premier Inn, Accor, Radisson, Expedia, and other global brands.
Backed by Wayra (Telefónica), VentureFriends, and HOWZAT Partners.
Winners of Expedia Start-Up of the Year, Pitch@Palace, Travolution and VisitEngland Awards.
With travel roaring back, we’re expanding our host network at record speed — and doubling down on partner success.
That’s where you come in.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Commercial Director and Supply Lead, and working closely with the founders, you’ll lead Stasher’s supply growth and partner success efforts across global markets.

  1. ️ Grow the Host Network
  • Use internal demand data to identify and prioritise outreach opportunities.
  • Source, qualify, and sign new hosts — from indie shops to global hotel chains.
  • Build and iterate multichannel outbound campaigns (email, phone, in-person, Zoom).
  1. Launch & Optimise
  • Partner with Ops, Product, and Marketing on go-to-market execution: pricing, signage, Google Maps, reviews, and more.
  • Refine and test playbooks to reduce time-to-first-booking and ensure host success from day one.
  1. Partner Success & Account Management
  • Manage relationships with key enterprise partners and your onboarded hosts.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to deliver performance dashboards and hit NPS & booking targets.
  • Own cross-functional coordination to resolve partner issues (e.g. payouts, signage).
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities (co-marketing, new sites, etc).
  • Be the internal “voice of the partner” — advocate for product and process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Must-haves

  • Fluent English (spoken & written); additional languages a big plus
  • Clear, persuasive communicator — on email, phone, and in-person
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Experience using tools like Zapier, n8n, or other automation platforms
  • Startup mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and willing to travel occasionally

⭐ Nice-to-haves

  • French, Spanish or another major global language
  • 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or operations at a high-growth company
  • Experience with CRMs and outbound tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo)
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts or hotel groups

Why Join Stasher?

  • Comp + Equity: Competitive salary (benchmarked to your location) and share options so you grow with us
  • Commission: Uncapped earnings on every host you onboard
  • Time Off: 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays + 1 day extra per year with us
  • Hybrid Work: Core team is in London but we’re open to applicants from across Europe. Slight preference for staff who can come to London at least 1 time per week, but open to remote!
  • Tech Budget: To set up your workspace
  • Socials: Regular team events, meals, and offsites (often abroad!)
