More about the role Job Summary Supports planning and customer order fulfilment along with the execution of trade compliance and customs operations by ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and internal standards, contributing to efficient and compliant cross-border supply chain activities. Key Areas of Responsibility • Ensures proper and efficient handling of orders from placement to delivery. Verifies each step of the process aligns with customer requirements and timelines • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery • Coordinates the shipment of products to customers, ensuring that all deliveries are executed in line with the logistical agreements made with the customer and applicable shipping regulations and procedures • Will be SPOC for customer, external vendors and internal stake holders for related orders and shipments • Releases POs as per supply plan and reviews supply versus PO and vendor confirmation, owning the MTS/MTO PO fulfillment cycle from requisition to availability at agreed customer delivery place • Reviews order book vs related availability, resolves issues detected • Resolves any issues that arise during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction and proposes improvement activities • Executes day-to-day customs and trade compliance activities in alignment with internal procedures and external regulations • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and compliant import/export operations • Supports internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications • Tracks regulatory changes and escalates potential compliance risks to management • Manages and coordinates the PO administration and spend control, provides input to the Risk and Standards Trade and Customs Program manager • Responsible to prepare MIS & reports as per requirements Critical Experiences • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field but with experience in SC/Logistics • 4-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, order management • 4-7 years of experience in exports logistics and execution, documentation, CHA & forwarder management • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
