The Supply and Logistics Specialist facilitates, streamlines and coordinates timely and accurate supply orders and deliveries to all clinics within the organization. The Supply and Logistics Specialist will ongoingly analyze inventory counts and forecast inventory needs for all clinics as well as track medical equipment shipments and facilitate medical equipment maintenance/replacements as needed. Requirements Supply Chain Management: · Obtains and analyzes non-negotiable medical supply counts for each clinic to audit inventory health and forecast medical supply needs by clinic · Oversee monthly pre- and post-operative accessory and garment cycle counts, along with supply cycle counts, across 13 clinic locations · Partners with clinic leaders and/or Sr./Director Operations to execute the procurement process for the needed supplies (i.e., medical supplies, garments) · Stays informed and monitors external factors (i.e., economic, environmental) that impact vendor supply and shipment and strategizes proposed actions with upper leadership in the event of shortages, delays, etc. · Partners with vendors to identify how and where they can provide supply needs; cross compares vendors compiling relevant data analysis that is presented to executive leadership for vendor selection or discontinuation · Analyzes supply chain performance and makes recommendations for process improvement (i.e. opportunities for efficiency, cost savings) · ~Four (4) times a year and as needed, audits inventory levels and performs cycle counts at the warehouse; adjusts order counts as appropriate to maintain a healthy supply at the warehouse; will meet with local vendors to foster relationships and identify opportunities based on business needs · Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards in documentation Equipment Oversight: · Facilitate the replacement or repair of MicroAire equipment as necessary and documents the replacement/repair accordingly · Conducts ongoing audits to assess MicroAire equipment counts and functionality · Assists in scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality · Collaborates with vendors and technicians to promptly address equipment related issues Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong attention to detail · Computer savvy · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (i.e., pivot tables and conditional formatting) Education and Experience: · GED or High School Diploma · Bilingual in English and Spanish · HIPPA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred · Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead · Lifting, pushing and pulling over 25 lbs. Travel Requirements: · ~30% travel to clinic sites and headquarters
