Company Description The Supply Chain Governance Advisor is responsible for managing and monitoring compliance to process and systems across Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Management. This role requires an understanding of process and data integrity to support Sodexo Supply Management. The objectives of this role requires scrutiny of our processes to ensure we comply with our audit requirements and minimize commercial exposure and risk. Job Description Responsibilities: Governance [40%]: Ensure that our suppliers are compliant with their obligations to Sodexo for on boarding information Support our procurement managers to maintain an accurate contract database including expired contracts and non contracted spend. Support our procurement managers to have adherence to our sourcing process and sourcing pipeline Be an escalation point for Supply Management for concerns relating to Sourcing, Contracts or Supplier Management process Work as a subject matter expert an input to governance and integrity reporting Process Improvement [25%]: Work with Digital Transformation Lead on continuous improvement across system and process. Support the implementation of the Sodexo Group supplier performance management framework. Based on observation and data suggest improvements to systems and processes. Contribute to the gathering of requirements for the Supply Management Systems. System Administration [25%]: As supply management systems are implemented, provide system administration including user administration. Work collaboratively with the Supply Management transformation team on system and reporting improvements. Make suggestions and observations on system adoption and usage. With the Digital Transformation Lead contribute to quarterly business reviews with our Supply Management vendors. Team Collaboration [10%]: Participate in planning and execution as a team of our goals. Demonstrate that you are respected member of your team and the broader Sodexo community. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Management or a related quantitative field, is preferred.
