Robert Half is hiring a Continuous Improvement Supply Management Specialist to join the John Deere team in Waterloo at their Tractor, Cab, & Assembly Operations location. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate. This position is critical in ensuring consistent supply to Waterloo by managing and implementing urgent supplier resourcing projects. In this role, you will also support daily activities related to prototype requests and spot buys, all while driving continuous improvement and resourcing efforts.

• Manage and implement supplier resourcing projects to address capacity challenges and ensure consistent supply.
• Support day-to-day activities, including prototype requests and spot buys, to enhance Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement workflow tasks, focusing on change implementation within Waterloo Tractor.
• Investigate, own, and resolve complex and ambiguous problem statements, driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and externally with the supply base to meet team objectives.
