Description
We are looking for a Supply Manager Assistant to join our dynamic Strategical Procurement team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations by coordinating information flow between R&D, suppliers, and internal departments, while supporting daily purchasing and supply processes. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate supply data, monitoring inventory levels, supporting local purchasing activities, coordinating samples, assisting with customs documentation, and proactively addressing supply-related issues. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. Teltonika offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, develop strong analytical and coordination skills, and grow into a future Supply Manager role within a rapidly expanding global technology company. In this role, you will: Execute local purchasing orders, including sourcing components, arranging samples, and obtaining commercial terms from suppliers. Ensure smooth and timely information flow between internal departments (e.g., R&D, suppliers, and other stakeholders). Monitor inventory levels and supervise order progress to ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy. Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues, supply disruptions, and documentation discrepancies. Support the introduction and coordination of new project items in collaboration with relevant teams. Maintain accurate procurement and supply data in internal systems. Assist in preparing and coordinating customs documentation to ensure compliant and timely import processes. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by working closely with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared goals.
