Your New Role Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for supplier management, strategic sourcing, and building strong international partnerships? We are currently seeking a Supplier Manager to join a global industry leader and play a key role in driving supplier excellence within a dynamic and highly international environment. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of suppliers while contributing to the execution of a global strategy focused on third-party equipment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, supplier management teams, and strategic suppliers to support business growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Align supplier-related objectives and priorities with business needs and key stakeholders to support growth and profitability. Continuously monitor and analyze the global supply market across a broad range of products, including capital-intensive equipment categories. Identify, evaluate, and engage strategic partners that strengthen and complement the organization's portfolio offering. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and support project delivery through effective supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance management. Manage and develop supplier relationships using established supplier management processes and best practices. Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, standards, and governance requirements. To succeed in this role, you will need: University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3–5 years of experience within supplier management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or management consulting in an international environment. Experience working with engineering, product management, or technical stakeholders. Proven track record in supplier management activities, including sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier development, and strategy implementation. Strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Meritorious: Experience from the food processing, food manufacturing, or packaging industry. Meritorious: Background in process engineering, partner integration, or portfolio integration.
