THE OPPORTUNITY

MinRes is currently seeking a Supply Officer to join us at our Osborne Park headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to join our Supply team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for supplier management and purchasing queries, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional stakeholder support.

In this role, you will manage the Purchasing team inbox, coordinate supplier onboarding, maintain accurate records, and work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and value for the business.

  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records, ensuring all compliance checks are completed.
  • Monitor and action correspondence from the Purchasing inbox promptly and efficiently.
  • Update business systems and documentation accurately based on workflow needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and provide user education on systems and processes.
  • Apply a strong sense of governance and compliance to all activities.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet business needs while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Escalate system issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to improvement and efficiency projects under leadership guidance.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment.
