Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Supply Department is responsible for procuring and managing the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the hospital.

As a Supply Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and effective supply service for the hospital. This includes:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Unpacking and replenishing ward stock (including critical care areas)
  • Delivering supplies across the hospital
  • Providing relief in Goods Receivals when required
  • Using SAP to manage inventory transactions

You will work closely with the Supply team and report to the Supply Manager.

We are seeking a highly organised, process-driven professional with experience in a warehouse or stores environment. You will thrive in a busy, service-focused role and demonstrate:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or hospital supply services
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP and RF scanners (desirable)
