Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Supply Planner – Liquid Milk ANZ to cover a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover and play a key role in coordinating and optimising the flow of liquid milk across our supply chain. Based at our Smeaton Grange office, you will ensure the efficient movement of milk for production and distribution, balancing demand and supply while minimising costs.
You’ll partner closely with suppliers, production sites, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, contribute to the S&OP process, and deliver strong service outcomes for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute short-term supply plans for liquid milk products.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to align with demand and minimise costs.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Own and optimise daily production and supplier capacity models to maximise utilisation.
  • Contribute to strategic milk planning, portfolio rationalisation, and service improvement.
  • Lead inputs into the S&OP process, acting as a key contact for Supply Review.
  • Manage wastage and write-offs within defined business targets.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Planning, or similar
  • Strong supply chain systems knowledge and analytical capability.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional team
