This Warehouse First Line Manager opportunity is with a large-scale distribution operation based in Rotherham, working across a busy Monday to Friday late shift.The business is looking for a hands-on Warehouse First Line Manager who can lead from the front, manage day-to-day warehouse performance and ensure the operation delivers against productivity, quality and service expectations. Operating within a large, fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for managing warehouse colleagues across your area while working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function. This would particularly suit someone who has gained experience within a large 3PL operation and is comfortable working in a structured, KPI-led environment.
