REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional graduated in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar careers.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in Supply Chain Planning or related role.
  • Advanced English skills (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Power BI knowledge (desirable).
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning processes on an ERP environment.
  • Experience with SAP/APO (desirable).
  • Ability to influence and gain support among supply chain and related stakeholders.
  • Ability to foresee future impacts on actual and potential events.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Drive balanced supply-demand plans at agreed service levels, providing visibility for optimized decision-making across supply chains.
  • Develop and manage production & supply plans for CP business in the Commercial Unit South, maintaining inventory levels within defined parameters while minimizing write-offs, lost sales, and excess inventories.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Implement SAP/APO principles in planning processes throughout the integrated supply chain, ensuring plans are reflected in various ERP systems and visible to the wider organization.
  • Balance system demands and coordinate production order placement with asset planners from each source plant.
  • Oversee smooth coordination of products from demand reception to availability, adhering to required dates and following processes.
  • Maintain accurate master data of materials following established Master Data and Supply Planning processes.
  • Support and align with marketing on New Product Introductions, ensuring timely delivery according to forecast.
  • Actively participate in and propose new ideas for process optimization and innovation. Ensure smooth transition through ERP updates and process changes.
