Do you want to be part of the journey? If so, here is your chance! The Role We are currently looking to recruit a Supply Planner to work in our Supply Chain Department. As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for the procurement activities for all stock items across the business. You will be monitoring the maintenance on stock forecasting and order tracking to ensure timely deliveries of goods in accordance with business and sales expectations, as well as managing the day-to-day communication with stock suppliers. What will you be doing? As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including: Purchase order processing – Raising supplier orders and sending them to the relevant contacts. Stock management – Reviewing the daily stock levels and communicating whether they are expected to meet the requirements of our customers and commitments. Forecasting – Reviewing long term forecasts for SKU’s. Sending monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers and routinely chasing delivery of outstanding PO’s. Supplier Performance – Assisting the Supply Chain Team to monitor and assess the performance of suppliers and holding them to account. Administration – Ensure the completion and traceability of all operational administrative requirements associated with the job role tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures. The Person No experience is required, although 1-2 years is desirable Why join us?
