Your responsibilities

This role is part of the Supply Services organization within Essential Home and is responsible for supply planning activities across the assigned portfolio. The position works closely with Demand Planning, Connected Planning, Manufacturing Sites, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the successful execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and uninterrupted product supply.


•Coordination with factories and Connected Planning on production planning, assuring service level and inventory control.

•Responsibility and leadership of the IBP process, including joint evaluation of the forecast and coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Finance for business planning and decision making.

•Continuous analysis of forecast development and initiation of appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations.

•Supply-side coordination of new product launches and product developments (NPD).

•Inventory management and optimization to achieve agreed business targets.

  • Portfolio management, including monitoring of supply risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring continuous supply capability in collaboration with internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers.
  • Close collaboration with Demand Managers, Customer Service, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve business objectives and service targets.
  • Regular review and adjustment of planning parameters, including safety stock settings and planning master data.
  • Participation in core team meetings and representation of the supply planning agenda.
  • Identification, escalation, and resolution of supply constraints and supply-related business risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply planning processes, systems, and ways of working.

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Operations Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or similarly fast-paced industries.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional planning environments.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, SAP IBP or similar planning tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into operational supply plans.
