YOUR MISSION

• ORDER MANAGEMENT:Oversee customer orders and follow-ups for a diverse clientele, including 3PI, agents, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• INVENTORY CONTROL:Manage stock levels and coordinate the replenishment of labels to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• WAREHOUSE COORDINATION:Serve as the primary contact for daily operations with the EU HUB warehouse, fostering a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
• NORDIC REPLENISHMENT:Organize and facilitate the replenishment process for the Nordic warehouse, sourcing effectively from the EU HUB.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE:Act as a key point of contact for customer service, ensuring high-quality support and responsiveness.
• CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION:Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, including Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service, to drive seamless operational processes.
