Company Description Job Description In this role, responsibility includes managing and continuously improving production planning processes to support efficient manufacturing operations. Focus is on ensuring product and material availability, leading planning activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize supply chain performance and meet customer demand. Responsibilities Build, develop, and improve planning processes through collaboration with global planning teams Create, maintain, and communicate production plans, including short- and long-term capacity planning Lead weekly planning meetings and monitor adherence to plans using KPIs Ensure product availability through effective inventory management, risk identification, and corrective actions Manage material availability, including supplier coordination, stock policies, and shortage escalation Lead the site SIOP process and communicate risks, opportunities, and delivery commitments to stakeholders Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or production planning Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems Experience in manufacturing environments and production operations Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills Work Arrangement: On-site Department: Supply Chain Compensation: EUR 60000 - EUR 65000 - yearly
