Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to growth, NHP are currently seeking an experienced SUPPLY PLANNER to join our team.
In this role you will be required to work with the Supply Chain team to execute the master supply plan for a portfolio of products. Working with over 50+ local & international supply line partners and a range of over 75,000 SKU’s. In addition, you will monitor and influence inventory investment decisions to ensure customer service targets are met.
This position will play a key role in the development of systems and processes to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

Other key duties include:

  • Support the commitment to a customers service level of 95% in full and on time
  • Maintain strong working relationships & communications with Supply partners to ensure production / shipping schedules are met
  • Product order management & analysis
  • Generate and maintain purchase orders within the approved supply plan
  • Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries
  • Review supplier capabilities, lead time, mode of delivery and its impact on NHP stock levels
  • Master data operations for supply planning
  • Plan & execute procurement of finished goods & raw materials from contract manufacturers and suppliers

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Must have qualifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive experience in a Supply or Demand Planner role with direct product portfolio responsibilities
  • An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A proactive problem solver with an ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • An ability to juggle conflicting tasks & priorities and work under pressure
  • Master planning (MRP) experience in an ERP system (Microsoft D365 / FO)
