We put our heart into haircare, and it all starts with you! Role Responsibilities: 1. Supply Planner – Liquids (Bottles) Oversee all bottle-based SKUs (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling) across 5 manufacturers Owns FG production planning, issues production orders, PO’s, and transfer plans Coordinates with Component Planner - Bottles to ensure availability of bottles, closures, labels, and sleeves. Collaborates with Component Specialist for corrugate requirements. Coordinates w/logistics for shipments to DC and 3PL. 2. Component Planner – Liquids (Bottles) Plans and orders for primary and secondary packaging for bottle-based SKUs. Manages bottle, closure, label, and sleeve inventory levels. Works in partnership with the FG Planner to align component supply with production schedules. Collaborates with the Component Specialist for forecasts and timing. 3. Supply Planner – Liquids (Tubes, Jars, and Packets) Manages all tube/jar/packets-based SKU across 5 manufacturers. Owns FG production planning, issues production orders, PO’s, and transfer plans Coordinates with Component Planner - Tubes/Jars/Packets to ensure availability of bottles, Collaborates with Component Specialist for corrugate requirements. Coordinates w/logistics for shipments to DC and 3PL. 4. Component Planner – Liquids (Tubes, Jars, and Packets) Plans and orders for primary and secondary packaging for tube, jars, and packets-based SKUs. Manages tube, jars, and packets. Works in partnership with the FG Planner to align component supply with production schedules. Collaborates with the Component Specialist for forecasts and timing. 5. Supply Planner – Turnkey (Aerosols)/Amazon/Displays/Assemblies Plans all turnkey products end-to-end Plans assembled SKUs, promo displays, kits, and Amazon bundles Issues FG PO’s to TPMS for turnkey SKUs Issues POs to co-packers, manages production plan for Amazon bundles, displays, and assemblies Communicates corrugate needs to Component Specialist if outer cartons are not vendor-supplied Provides corrugate and display carton forecasts and production needs to Component Specialists Coordinates w/logistics for shipments to DC and 3PL; includes movement of feeder codes and finished goods between co-packer and FG sites 6. Component Specialist Plans and orders all corrugate (shippers, cartons, display components) across all products Collaborate with planners to align corrugate requirements to production schedules and promotions Manages corrugate suppliers day-to-day (forecasts, PO’s, shipments) Provides visibility of corrugate inventory, lead times, and performance metrics. Maintains packaging master data and ongoing BOM accuracy after innovation pipe. Requirements Required Skills: Supply Chain Planning Inventory Management Market Planning Analysis Forecasting Communication Manufacturing Strong analytical skills Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel Education and Experience: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field At least 4 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain planning roles Experience communicating with business partners and cross functional teams at various levels. APICS certification a plus Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Experience interpreting and communicating results of analysis to various audiences. Experience processing all relevant details, understanding, and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions. Experience forecasting in sales, finance or manufacturing would be a plus.

Responsibilities

The Supply Planner will oversee production planning for various bottle-based and tube/jar/packet-based SKUs across multiple manufacturers. Responsibilities include coordinating with component planners and logistics for ensuring availability and timely shipments.
