Description
Responsible for providing Ornua Ingredients business with a professional planning to manage the supply chain of incoming components and finished product to ensure all materials and resources are available at the right time and cost to meet production requirements. Prepare the weekly production schedule for manufacturing products to ensure each operation meets shipping dates according to customer orders and to maximize production efficiency. . Is a key partner for Sales on building the right service in the orders. Also is a key partner with the rest of functions of SC (Customer Service, Import & Exports Logistics, Warehouse & Procurement ) coordinating its orders serving. Anticipate and maintain stock levels to ensure the business runs smoothly, performing routine stock inspections, anticipate market changes, and ensure inventory levels are financially feasible. Requirements:  Educated to University level or equivalent Knowledge of Sales Force, M3, SAS and all Microsoft office packages Proficiency in English is a must. Min 4 years experience in food manufacturing environment Min 4 years experience with inventory management in a production environment Demonstrated capability to work cross functionally and foster new and existing business relationships Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and develop reports Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at various levels to achieve buy-in Good all-round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel
