Demand Forecasting Inventory & Production Planning Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement Demand Forecasting: Analyze and evaluate supply and demand forecasts to ensure adequate inventory levels. Collaborate with engineering to allocate excess inventory. Manage exception messages to ensure timely conversion of planned orders. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and sales to identify and resolve supply chain issues. Implement HSE policies and management system requirements. Participate in HSE training and hazard identification programs. Ensure corrective actions are implemented within specified deadlines post-audit. Support process improvements aligned with business goals. Participate in Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and problem-solving activities. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Technical (Mechanical or Oilfield Equipment) or Economics field Knowledge of scheduling tools, planning philosophies Lean Manufacturing Knowledge Certificates: APICS will be a plus SAP knowledge is preferred Demonstrated commitment to driving and communicating positive change. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions, capable of clear and legible written communication. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
