Supply Chain Planner/Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks: 

• They take responsibility for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and continuously develop it further.
• They are responsible for demand and supply planning to ensure a needs-based supply of materials and a high delivery capacity.
• They create, analyze and optimize sales and demand forecasts based on historical data, market information and relevant key figures.
• They analyze forecast deviations and derive appropriate measures for the sustainable improvement of forecast quality.
• They create and are responsible for the supply chain control tower with relevant KPIs such as availability, OTIF (On Time In Full), forecast accuracy and other performance indicators.
• They analyze, standardize and optimize existing supply chain processes and independently drive improvement measures.
• They lead cross-functional projects for the further development of the supply chain and implement them successfully.
• They work closely with the production, logistics, sales, purchasing and product management departments and act as a central interface.

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in supply chain management, production planning, demand planning or a comparable function.
• They possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
• They have a strong analytical understanding and can translate complex data into concrete recommendations for action.
• They are proficient in using ERP systems and common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and KPI dashboards is an advantage.
• They have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• They are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork skills complete your profile.
