We’re seeking a Supply Planner to drive supply and production planning for our canned (wet) product range. This role ensures alignment between demand, production, and inventory while maintaining strong supplier relationships and delivering excellent service levels. As the Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing production and supply plans with our toll manufacturer, ensuring customer demand is met while balancing inventory and capacity. Acting as a key link across teams, you’ll manage risks, communicate supply constraints, and support the S&OP process. Key Responsibilities Develop an achievable supply and production plan to meet customer requirements, Place manufacturing and material orders within required lead times Monitor supply performance, inventory, and KPI metrics (e.g. DIFOT, SLOB) Lead weekly S&OE meetings aa key participant within S&OP cycle Manage supplier relationships and coordinate across internal stakeholders Identify risks and implement contingency plans Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools About You Experience in production or supply planning within manufacturing/FMCG is essential ERP system experience and strong Excel skills Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” mindset This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key planning function and make a real impact on supply chain performance in a fast-paced environment.
